Description
The dispenser designed for smooth, convenient and efficient dispensing of a wide variety of liquids commonly used in laboratory testing and analysis. The screw cap is standard GL45 and includes polypropylene (PP) thread adapters for different container mouth sizes: 28 mm, 38 mm, 40 mm and 45 mm (GL25, GL28, GL32, GL38 and S40).
The dispensing volume is 1 ml to 10 ml, adjustable in 0.2 ml steps and with an accuracy of ? 50 ?l.
It is manufactured with high quality materials:
PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene or Teflon
PFA: perfluoroalkoxide resin or Teflon-PFA
FEP: ethylene fluoride propylene or Teflon-FEP
PP: polypropylene or thermoplastic polymer
Borosilicate glass
High chemical resistance against most acids, solvents, and bases.
The discharge tube has a 360? rotary movement. It is a flexible tube with a safety system that allows quick and precise dispensing. The adjustment made by means of a practical screw or key.
It can be easily disassembled, allowing good maintenance and cleaning.
The PFA plunger prevents the crystallization of the liquids so that the plunger does not get obstructed or stuck
Sterilizable: it resists sterilization totally assembled by means of steam at 121??C, 2 Bar absolute, during a maximum time of 20 minutes.
