1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement through our website contact form. We will confirm receipt and provide you with the return address.
2. Return Conditions
Once you have notified us, you have 14 days to return the items. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, complete, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened products or items with broken seals cannot be accepted for return unless they are faulty. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If any item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong product, contact us without delay. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a replacement or a full refund.
4. Refunds
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return shipment. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your order. Original standard delivery charges will be refunded if you are returning the entire order.
5. Promotional Offers and Bundles
For products purchased under a promotional offer, the refund will be based on the promotional price paid. For bundle offers (e.g., buy one get one free), all items in the bundle must be returned to receive a full refund.
